Cynthia Cheng is a San Francisco native. Having lived in the Tenderloin, Mission, Portola, and Sunset, she knows San Francisco like the back of her hand. She even took the cable car to middle school after finishing elementary school at Treasure Island.

She has been a landlord in San Francisco for over 20 years. Her direct experience with landlord and tenant rights issues have allowed her to make informed decisions on sound real estate investments.

Having graduated from the University of California , San Francisco, her mission is to help her fellow healthcare colleagues build wealth.
