The project consists of new infill development within a portion of the existing property at 2801 Pinole Valley Road. The front of the lot will maintain the same general existing form, function, and use, with refreshes and updates to the façade of the front building, parking area, and landscaping.
The project consists of constructing an addition to the existing office commercial building and a new multifamily apartment building containing 29 units, as well as associated improvements, at the rear of the 1.74-acre lot.
