My early beginnings in the world of real estate began with the redevelopment of my childhood home in the city of San Francisco when I was only 26.  Shortly thereafter, the expansion of my family’s estate to an additional 6,000 square feet led me to believe that this was my calling.  Now some years later with both single family and multi-family homes throughout the Bay Area, the experience that I have gathered in the purchasing, selling, and renting of real estate allows me to address a number of client’s needs throughout varying levels of readiness.

Real estate education is what I feel I am most skilled at within the industry.  Calmly addressing the daunting task of home ownership to a first-time home buyer or scaling up by way of a 1031 Exchange.  Patience with a sprinkle of urgency is why clients enjoy my real estate approach.
