Jasmine Farmer, a proud native of the Bay Area, began her real estate career in 2019 and continues a family tradition that is firmly anchored in multifamily apartment investments. Jasmine was enmeshed in the industry from a young age, intently monitoring the calculated business dealings between her father, a longtime investor, and Brian, who has been her family’s trusted advisor since 1997. Because of these early experiences, Jasmine developed a strong interest in real estate and a better grasp of sophisticated investing techniques, which eventually helped her obtain her real estate license at the young age of 19.

In 2024, Jasmine received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Marketing focus from Saint Mary’s College of California. Jasmine, a former NCAA Division I basketball player, brings the same focus, tenacity, and spirit of competition to her work in commercial real estate. During her time in college, she received the coveted Athlete of the Year award in recognition of her leadership and perseverance.

At St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, Jasmine is currently working on a Master’s degree in Business Analytics in order to hone her strategic and analytical skills. Her expanding proficiency in data interpretation, market research, and investment advising is enhanced by this further education, which enables her to provide even more value to customers navigating challenging real estate decisions.
