Thomas is a seasoned M&A advisor, business broker, and commercial investment property specialist with over 15 years of successful deal-making experience.

Thomas targets $2-50 million revenue companies and is an industry generalist. He brings 20+ years of business experience in construction, brand and franchise development, consulting, import/export, Saas, and electronics wholesale distribution to his M&A engagements. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in helping people grow their wealth through commercial property investments. He has also started, owned, and operated several Northern California businesses during his entrepreneurial career.

Thomas is a skilled negotiator and creative deal maker. He excels at leading principals and managing deal teams through the entire closing process. He is a tenacious problem solver and he loves to take on new challenges. Thomas strives to build long-term relationships and deliver high integrity high-value service to every client.

Thomas’ formal education includes a bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Francisco State University. He has completed the intensive Certified Merger and Acquisition Professional (CM&AP) training and is a member of the M&A Source, the largest association of middle-market intermediaries in the U.S. He holds Certified Business Broker (CBB) and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) credentials from the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) and International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) respectively and is currently working toward a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) accreditation. He is also a realtor and a member of the California Realtors Association.
